FITNESS

How often should I workout while fasting?

You should be doing something physical every day. It doesn't have to be strength training, but actively moving the body daily. Training builds discipline and resilience—lift, condition, or walk, but make sure you're actively moving!

Is fasted cardio superior for fat loss?

Yes—fasted training can be a powerful fat-loss tool.
When you’re fasted, insulin is low and fat-mobilizing hormones are higher, which makes it easier to pull stored fat into the bloodstream and use it for fuel. Blood flow and your hormonal state favor the working muscles, while training soon after a meal diverts more blood to digestion and the higher insulin level can blunt fat mobilization.

Bottom line: fasted cardio (and strength) can accelerate fat use during the session—but overall fat loss still comes primarily from consistent nutrition . If you feel lightheaded, use electrolytes, reduce intensity, or move the session later.

Should I lift weights while fasting?

Yes. We need to prioritize strength. You can adjust the intensity if your energy dips towards the end of your fast.

Cardio or strength for fat loss?

Both. Muscle drives long-term fat loss; cardio supports health and conditioning. But remember - fat loss is primarily driven by your nutrition.

How should I train during longer fasts (24hr +)?

Keep strength the priority; adjust intensity as you near the end if energy dips.

Warm up different when fasted?

No—use your normal warm-up.

Can I train if I feel fatigued?

Often an electrolyte issue—hydrate and supplement. Scale intensity; keep form tight.

FASTING

Is fasted training safe for beginners?

Yes. It is safe for 99% of people. If you feel the need, ease in. Start light (walks/bodyweight) and progress as you adapt.

What is 'long form' fasting vs. OMAD?

Long-form = greater than 24 hour fasting windows; OMAD = one meal daily (aka 24hr fast). Longer fasts will deepen cellular cleanup (autophagy) and ketone production.

Is long form fasting safe?

Long form fasting is safe for 99% of people. Start shorter, hydrate, use electrolytes, and talk to your doctor if you have medical conditions or take medications.

How should I break my OMAD & fasts?

We always start with a big bowl of berries/fruit; then a normal whole-foods meal. Alternatively, you can start with cucumbers and salt, and then go into the fruit.

Common challenges and fixes?

Hunger: it comes in waves; reframe + electrolytes. Fatigue: usually minerals. Doubt: reconnect to purpose; decide and execute

How often should I do longer fasts?

Our standard approach uses a weekly 48h window and OMAD the other days; adjust based on experience and feedback.

OMAD

Is OMAD better than other diets?

First, OMAD is not a diet; it is a lifestyle. OMAD is simple, sustainable, and enjoyable. You get to eat food you enjoy while generating the energy you need and the body you're proud of.

Should I avoid carbs on OMAD?

Not by default. No specific foods are 'outlawed'. The main focus is foods from the Earth, minimally processed. Use biofeedback. If a food bloats you or tanks energy, skip it next time.

Best post-workout meal?

A nutrient-dense whole-foods plate. Ideally, train earlier and place your OMAD meal later.

FAMILY & LIFESTYLE

How do I balance my family life with training/fasting?

Make fitness a family value. Train together (walks, hikes, backyard sessions). Example beats lectures.

Will I be starving while parenting/working?

Hunger comes in short waves. Hydrate, salt, stay busy. It gets easier as you adapt.

Travel or busy weeks - how to stay on track?

Hit your minimums: movement daily, whole foods at meal (as much as possible), sleep routine, hydration/electrolytes. Remember, one of the main benefits is the flexibility!

Yes—month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date.

What equipment do I need?

We adapt to what you have available.

How much training per week?

Minimum 3x week for strength training; walking daily. The goal is to get stronger and move your body daily!

Do you write custom meal plans?

We coach rules and targets (whole-foods first, minimally-processed, electrolytes). In Mastery, we can tailor tighter.

APP & BILLING

Where do I access the programs?

Inside our app (iOS/Android). You'll get login details after purchase.

Do you support Apple/Google pay?

Yes.

How are group calls delivered?

Calls are via Zoom - details, times and links provided after purchase. Replays available for Momentum and Mastery.

Refunds?

Digital services are non-refundable; you can cancel future months any time.

COACHING CALLS

When are the group calls?

Two calls each week; replays posted. Days, time, links will be provided upon purchase.

What happens on the 1:1 calls?

Review wins, fix bottlenecks, update training/nutrition targets, set next week’s plan. These are the calls we go deep into the personal development and life creation aspects of the program.

How do I get help fast?

In-app chat (all levels). Mastery has direct cell phone access to Patrick.
